Role Description

The Site Supervisor role at Happy Homez India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities at project locations, including coordinating installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and doors, and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards. This role involves managing site teams and contractors,



monitoring timelines, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining safety and compliance across all activities. The Site Supervisor also conducts regular site inspections, communicates project status to management, and collaborates with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience 3 years in site supervision or construction/project coordination within interior fit-outs, modular furniture, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of installation processes, basic civil and carpentry practices, and familiarity with quality and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and ensure accurate implementation in office.
Effective team management and people skills, including coordination of technicians, contractors, and vendors.
