Role Description The Sr Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida,



responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding P&I;’s client base across exhibitions, events, interiors, museums, and sports projects. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients. The Sr Business Development Manager will lead client presentations, prepare proposals and bids, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with design, production, and project teams to align solutions with client needs. Day-to-day activities include market and competitor analysis, developing go-to-market strategies, tracking performance against targets, and representing P&I; at industry events and networking forums.
