Role Description The Relationship Executive / Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business and managing customer relationships for Bajaj Finserv’s financial products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, involving regular interactions with existing and prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate lending, insurance, or investment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving sales targets,



conducting field visits, following up on leads, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and onboarding processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems, coordinating with branch and operations teams, and providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The position requires proactive market awareness and consistent compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services or banking.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with diverse customer segments.
Comfort with fieldwork, local travel within Bengaluru South, and working toward monthly and quarterly performance targets.
