Hiring: Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager | D2 C

We’re looking for a full-time Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager to build and manage partnerships with D2 C brands across our creator-led events and experiences.

We’re building a platform around UGC creators, influencers, models and brands , and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the brand partnership function end-to-end.

What you’ll do:

Build relationships with D2 C brands and marketing decision-makers Identify and pitch brands for partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing (we already have messages to get you enough meetings) Develop creative brand integration opportunities across events and creator activations Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand partners Manage relationships with existing partners and drive repeat collaborations Who we’re looking for:





1-4 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, media sales or business development Existing relationships with D2 C / consumer brands is a strong plus Solid communication, pitching and negotiation skills Someone who is highly proactive and comfortable with targets Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing and D2 C landscape Most importantly, someone who can open doors and close deals Location: Delhi NCR

Type: Full-time (WFH)
