Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with DBS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Lead and manage branch service delivery teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction targets
Monitor branch performance metrics including service quality, efficiency, and financial indicators
Implement and maintain operational standards across branch functions including customer service, transaction processing, and risk management
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth within the branch




Conduct staff training and development programs to build team capabilities and competencies
Manage branch resources, budgets, and inventory effectively
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
Liaise with regional and head office teams to align branch operations with organizational objectives
Ensure adherence to compliance, anti-money laundering, and data security protocols
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in branch operations, retail banking, or consumer banking services
Proven track record in managing branch operations and leading service delivery teams
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operational processes
Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve service quality
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office applications
Knowledge of regulator
