The Role

We're hiring a BDR (Business Development Representative) to own the top of our funnel for the US market — finding the right accounts, getting into conversations, and booking qualified demos. But the job doesn't stop at the handoff.

You'll also own what happens to those leads after: tracking where they stall, diagnosing why, and running experiments to move conversion rates up stage by stage. And once accounts are live, you'll stay close to them: watching usage, catching expansion signals early, and engaging for the billing.





This is a role for someone who wants to understand the full commercial motion.

Pipeline generation Work every inbound signup, demo request, and content lead — qualify fast and get the right ones into a meeting Spot buying signals in product usage: which self-serve accounts look like they're outgrowing the free tier Research target accounts for outbound and map the right personas — engineering leaders, platform teams, product owners Run multi-channel outreach: Linked In, email, calls Build and iterate email sequences; A/B test messaging until you find what lands Book qualified meetings from both motions and hand off with clean context

Funnel conversion Track conversion at every stage: reply rate, meeting-booked rate, demo-to-opportunity, prospect-to-close Identify where deals leak and run experiments to fix it Follow deals through the cycle, not just to the first meeting Nurture stalled and closed-lost accounts back into ac
