Role Description The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling guest inquiries in person and over the phone, managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel teams,



and maintaining accurate records and front desk documentation. The role also involves processing payments, addressing guest concerns, and offering information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport options. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our property in Candolim, requiring consistent presence at the front desk and collaboration with the wider operations team to maintain high service standards.
