About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounts Head / Accounts Manager to lead the finance and accounting function for our growing multi-location retail business.
The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including balance sheet finalisation, store sales and collection reconciliation, BRS, ledger scrutiny, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, financial controls, and team management.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably within a retail, multi-store, FMCG, distribution, or other multi-location business workplace.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Finalisation
- Lead the complete accounting function and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
- Lead balance sheet finalisation and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
- Review and ensure the integrity of the General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
