We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO - Intern to join our team. The Operations Intern will work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational activities, process optimization, and reporting. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core business operations in a dynamic, rapid-paced, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with operational data management, including collecting, organizing, and maintaining operational documents, trackers, and reports.
Support daily operations by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering, business, and project teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Help create and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, process flows, dashboards, status updates, and meeting notes.
Participate in operational monitoring and quality checks to ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and internal standards.




Assist in coordinating operational activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing follow-ups.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, documenting gaps, and assisting in implementation of improvements.
Assist in tracking KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators related to operations.
Stay updated on operational best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Operations team as required.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with operational or workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, CRM systems) is a plus.
