We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead multiple product streams
and a team of Product Managers at Petpooja.
This role requires a solid combination of product leadership, technical understanding,
execution discipline and stakeholder management. The person should be comfortable
working closely with Engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs, managing multiple
products simultaneously and converting business and customer problems into scalable product
solutions.
The role will also play an important part in driving AI-powered product capabilities — not by
developing AI models, but by identifying the right opportunities, defining the product experience,
articulating requirements with Engineering/AI teams and taking these capabilities successfully to
production.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Roadmap Ownership
● Own and drive the roadmap across multiple product streams.
● Translate business objectives and customer problems into clear product priorities and
execution plans.
● Define clear success criteria and measurable outcomes for products and major




initiatives.
● Continuously evaluate product performance, customer adoption and business impact,
and fine-tune the roadmap accordingly.
● Balance new product development, customer requirements, platform improvements and
technical investments.
● Drive products across the lifecycle from discovery and validation through
development, release, adoption and scale.

Product Team Leadership
● Lead and mentor a team of approximately 6–7 Product Managers across different
functional streams.
● Help Product Managers improve problem definition, product discovery, prioritisation,
roadmap planning and execution.
● Establish clear ownership and accountability across individual product areas.
● Conduct regular product and roadmap reviews to ensure teams remain aligned with
customer and business outcomes.
● Develop Product Managers who can independently work with Business, Design and
Engineering teams.
