Role Description The Creative Producer at Kapsy is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality visual and video content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing creative concepts, coordinating pre-production and production schedules, directing video shoots and photography sessions, and managing post-production workflows with editors and designers. The Creative Producer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure content effectively communicates Kapsy’s value proposition across digital channels.



The role also involves managing budgets and timelines for creative projects, maintaining brand consistency, and continuously experimenting with current formats and storytelling approaches.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning, directing, and overseeing post-production.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative concepts.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets.
Candidates should possess Marketing awareness to align creative output with brand goals and audience needs.
Experience in creative storytelling, scriptwriting, or content ideation is beneficial.
Proficiency with industry-standard production tools and software (e.g., cameras, lighting, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) is preferred.
Prior experience in a creative, media, or startup
