Role Description The Sales Manager will lead sales activities for BRIGHTLEAF DESIGN STUDIO, driving new business and managing key client relationships. This full-time hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site client meetings and internal collaboration, as well as some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an active sales pipeline.



The Sales Manager will collaborate with design and project teams to align solutions with client needs, ensure accurate scoping, and support smooth project handovers. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, contributing to pricing strategies, and providing feedback on market trends to inform business development plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within design, creative services, architecture, or related industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client requirements, and communicate solutions clearly.
