Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development / Sales professional to drive recent client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and generate revenue.
The role involves prospecting, lead generation, engaging with decision-makers, pitching Talentiser‘s solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B business development and client acquisition.
- Identify and target startups, GCCs, enterprises, and growing businesses.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and outbound activities.
- Engage with Founders, CHROs, HR Heads, Business Heads, and TA Leaders.
- Pitch Talentiser‘s recruitment and executive search solutions.




- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into business.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations as required.
- Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

What We‘re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Inside Sales, or Account Management.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome — Recruitment, Staffing, SaaS, CRM, IT Services, Consulting, FinTech, Energy, Professional Services, or other B2B sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Target-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
