Role Description: The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for Essence Innovation’s health app. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating performance marketing initiatives, overseeing lead generation activities,



and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging, develop targeted campaigns, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. This position also involves staying informed about digital trends in health tech and identifying opportunities to improve digital presence and user growth.
