Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Anklesvar, responsible for overseeing all core human resources activities within Neelam Furniture. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes,



and coordinating training and development initiatives. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values. Collaboration with leadership to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development is an integral part of this position.
