Lumisha India Pvt. Ltd. is a Kolkata based company working with clients in the USA, handling their customer support and backend operations. We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our US shift team. This is a full time, in office role for someone who wants to build a long term career in international operations.

Shift and Location

n

Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST (aligned to US business hours), Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

n

Location: In office at Golaghata, Kolkata 700048 (near Sreebhumi and Ultadanga). This is NOT a remote or work from home role.

What you will do

n

Respond to US customer queries over email, chat and phone.

n

Process orders, update records and prepare documentation accurately.

n

Follow up on open items and keep customers informed.

n

Communicate clearly with US clients and team members, and meet daily targets.

n

n

What we are looking for

n

Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable talking to US clients.

n

Confident with computers (email, spreadsheets, web tools, good typing speed a plus).

n

Freshers are welcome. We provide full training,



so prior BPO or voice process experience is positive to have but not required.

n

Living in or near Kolkata 700048 and able to commute to our office in Golaghata / Sreebhumi (ideally a 30 to 60 minute journey). Nearby areas include Lake Town, Bangur, Kestopur, Baguiati, Dum Dum, VIP Road and Ultadanga.

Available and committed to the night shift (5 PM to 2:30 AM), 5 days a week.

Reliable and punctual. We are a small team where every shift counts, so consistent attendance and on time reporting matter a lot to us.

n

Looking for a long term role, not a short term or part time arrangement.

n
