Job Description Associate Media Consultant at El Sol Strategic Consultants [ESSC] n ● Understand ESSC's Core Values, Vision, and Goals. n ● Foster an understanding of your role's importance in the growth of the company. n Roles & Responsibilities: n Client and Media Relations: n ● Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email. n ● Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media. n ● Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate recent contacts within business and industry media. n ● Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively. n Monitoring and Research: n ● Monitor traditional and new age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client opportunities. n Marketing Coordination: n ● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. n ● Explore and create opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising n Event and Campaign Management: n ● On-ground presence at events, including press conferences and promotional activities. n ● Prepare presentations,



campaign taglines, and interview responses. n Content Creation and Documentation: n ● Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media. n Crisis Management: n ● Support seamless crisis management and troubleshooting. n Client Relationship Management: n ● Ensure 100% client retention by delivering exceptional service. n ● Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. n Strategic Planning: n ● Assist in creation of quarterly and annual brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals along with senior media consultants. n ● Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and offer relevant communication strategy recommendations. n Knowledge Upkeep: n ● Maintain relationships and databases with key stakeholders. n ● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. n Location: New Delhi n Monday - Friday (last saturday working) n 9:30AM - 6:00PM
