n We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager – Area Sales to lead business development and sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have robust field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned area.
n Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
n Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
n Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market surveys.
n Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
n Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.




n Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
n n Eligibility Criteria:
n n Graduation Mandatory.
n Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
n Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
n Local candidates from Ranchi will be preferred.
