Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs), KRAs, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.

- Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

- Oversee the entire employee appraisal process, ensuring timely and fair evaluations.

- Monitor and manage talent budgets, including training, development, and succession planning.

- Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective performance management, career development, and succession planning.

- Provide guidance and support on employee engagement initiatives, talent retention, and workforce planning.

- Analyse talent metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.

- Stay updated with industry best practices, labour laws,



and organizational policies related to talent management.

- Facilitate leadership development programs and talent reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- Having 5+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to performance management systems, preferably in manufacturing.

- Solid understanding of performance management best practices and HR analytics.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead change and influence organizational culture.
