About the Role

We are looking for a energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for our finance and credit operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent across sales, collections, and financial services roles.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring across entry to mid-level positions in finance, sales, and collection roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals, professional networks, social media, and local recruitment channels to build a steady candidate pipeline.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates on experience, communication, and domain fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job profiles,



and streamline selection processes.
- Offer & Onboarding: Handle offer extensions, compensation negotiations, and facilitate smooth candidate onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services, banking, or NBFC sectors.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of roles in retail finance, credit, sales executive hiring, and field collection recruitment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, candidate assessment, negotiation, and time-management skills.
