Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for IT staffing and permanent placement services.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Analyze metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to optimize the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving targets in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required by clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
