JSW Sports is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Mumbai.

Role Overview The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across JSW Sports and its businesses. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify talent across both corporate and sports-specific roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding the requirement to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations and closure of candidates within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers and dashboards, including open positions, pipeline, ageing,



closures and offer-to-join ratios.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives, including campus hiring, referral programmes and talent events.
- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and ensure effective utilisation of recruitment partners.
- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve quality of hire, hiring speed and candidate experience.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in hiring across corporate, commercial, creative, sales, marketing or sports roles preferred.
- Prior experience in a startup, sports, media, entertainment, consumer or high-growth organisation would be an advantage.
- Graduate / postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
