Job Summary

We are looking for an HR skilled responsible primarily for recruitment and talent acquisition, along with supporting day-to-day HR activities. Approximately 70% of the role will focus on recruitment and 30% on other HR responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 70%

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, sales, plant and corporate positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/coordinate JDs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, consultants and Boolean searches.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations and job requirements.
- Coordinate technical and management interview schedules.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct salary discussions and support offer negotiations.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure positions are closed within the agreed recruitment timeline.




- Maintain a proper database of active and rejected candidates for future requirements.

B. Other HR Activities – 30%
- Manage employee joining and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, transfer, promotion and relieving letters.
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee-related records.
- Coordinate with payroll for employee salary-related inputs.
- Support PF, ESIC and other statutory HR activities.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with department heads for resolution.
- Assist in performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
- Support HR policies, SOP implementation and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR MIS and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
