About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently handle Non-Tech, and Volume/Blue-Collar Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment fundamentals, excellent sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements while consistently meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hiring for Non-Tech, and Blue-Collar/Volume Hiring.
- Understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies for each role.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Job Portals, Headhunting, Boolean,X-Ray Search,etc.
- Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Drive volume hiring with quick turnaround and consistent candidate pipeline.




- Maintain accurate ATS/trackers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Take ownership of requirements and ensure timely closures against hiring targets.
- Build a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer discussions, candidate negotiations, and pre-joining engagement to improve offer-to-join conversion.

Required Skills s Competencies

- 2 to 4 Years of hands-on experience in Headhunting, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Sourcing, and Job Portals.
- Ability to handle both Tech and Non-Tech hiring.
- Experience in Volume/Blue-Collar Hiring is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership and ability to stick to committed timelines.
- Good candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned hiring requirements.
