The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting final selection decisions. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines for creative, marketing, and operations positions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as crafting job postings, engaging talent on social platforms, and representing Creators Gram at industry events or campus drives. Day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining recruitment data, collaborating closely with HR and leadership, and continuously refining recruitment strategies to support the agency’s growth.

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent and support well-informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to enhance the company’s visibility and appeal to prospective candidates.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in talent acquisition within marketing, media, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple roles, and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networks, and social media platforms for sourcing talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
