- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced: Salary will be based on previous salary, experience, skills, and interview performance.

About The Role Mitra Learn Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition / Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The role will primarily focus on B2B recruitment , where you will work on client hiring requirements, source suitable candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and support the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and HR screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly sourcing and recruitment targets.
- Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to close open positions within timelines.
- Understand different job roles, industries, and client requirements to improve candidate matching.
- Support offer coordination and candidate onboarding follow-ups.

Requirements





- Any Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR / HR-related qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or B2B hiring is an advantage.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
