TIF Hospitality is We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical recruitment and a solid understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent across technical roles.

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Chandigarh / Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and recruitment networks.
- Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.




- Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet defined hiring targets and timelines.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Naukri will be an advantage.
