Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various functions.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create and post job descriptions, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment channels, maintaining candidate databases, supporting employer branding initiatives,



and providing timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also includes reporting on recruitment metrics and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote UltraCare PRO as an attractive workplace.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment skills to handle hiring for technology and product-related roles.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with applicant tracking systems, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
