Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive / Technical Recruiter role based in Pune City. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will also support workforce planning, update and maintain recruitment trackers, and contribute to employer branding initiatives such as career events and online presence.



Collaboration with leadership and project teams to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Experience in technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles such as developers, testers, and designers.
- Solid familiarity with IT industry trends, technology stacks, and typical job profiles in game development, web development, and mobile application development.
- Proficiency in using job portals, professional networking platforms, social media, and internal databases to attract and engage talent.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work with recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records, and use ATS or HR systems to track the hiring pipeline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an IT services or product company, especially in game or mobile app development, is preferred.
