Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Find candidates using job boards, social media, qualified networks like LinkedIn, employee referrals and through the internal career site.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to check it is good fit for the team and process.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers.
- Offers & Onboarding: Discuss compensation, extend job offers, and assist with new-hire orientation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills
- Any graduates
- Experience in Healthcare hiring (Medical Coding, AR Callers..)
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
- Good understanding of US Healthcare processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
