About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Teacher Operations team on a contractual basis. This role is ideal for individuals with 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring, preferably within the EdTech or education sectors. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process of online teachers across various subjects including Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math.

Your primary focus will be to source, evaluate, and onboard qualified teaching candidates from both domestic and international markets, ensuring they meet Codingal’s standards and are aligned with the company's mission and operational requirements.



This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in scaling an international education business and working closely with senior leadership.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in high-volume hiring environments.

Strong

English communication skills are essential, including the ability to assess candidates’ pronunciation and communication clarity. Candidates should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable following structured evaluation rubrics and SOPs.

Experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and managing candidate pipelines is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate good judgment in setting expectations, fostering candidate engagement, and minimizing early drop-offs. A candidate-first approach and excellent interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen teaching candidates based on role-specific, region-specific, and subject-specific eligibility criteria for subjects such as Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math across domestic and international markets.
- Review resumes and qualifications to shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews to assess communication skills, technical readiness, and motivation, while consistently meeting weekly hiring targets.
- Implement comprehensive assessment processes,



including communication evaluations and technical setup verification, such as internet stability and personal device readiness.
- Maintain an organized and clean hiring pipeline, coordinating evaluation and onboarding workflows seamlessly.
- Engage actively with candidates during onboarding and training phases to ensure smooth transitions and reduce dropout rates.
- Verify candidate availability, clarity on payout expectations, and alignment with the company's operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sourcing strategies and improve the overall hiring process.
