About the Role The individual will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end hiring for NBFC business functions, partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines while ensuring compliance, strong candidate experience, and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience





- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
- Experience in NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services recruitment preferred
- Familiarity with bulk and lateral hiring models

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and direct sourcing.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure hiring process adherence, documentation, and compliance as per company and NBFC guidelines.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in bulk/volume hiring within NBFC or BFSI
- Understanding of sales, collections, credit, and operations hiring
- Vendor management and hiring drive coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to meet aggressive TATs and hiring targets
- Good working knowledge of ATS, job portals, and Excel/MIS
