Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote role at AcceleratorX is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring steps with hiring managers.

The specialist will build strong talent pipelines through job postings, networking, and collaboration with educational and professional communities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate records, updating recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting onboarding activities.



The role also involves partnering with internal teams to understand workforce requirements and contributing to recruitment process improvements.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Skills in candidate relationship management, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent sourcing.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and employer branding strategies.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, growth-focused environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in education, technology, or professional services sectors.
