About Bunge Business Services: Bunge Business Services (BBS) is dedicated to enabling full visibility of Bunges Internal Financial Controls. Role Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Developer Senior Analyst to join our BBS Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building sophisticated Tableau Analytics Dashboards for a wide range of Global Internal Financial Controls Metrics. You will work collaboratively with teams across BBS, serving as an expert in Tableau and Oracle SQL to deliver real-time control effectiveness and efficiency analytics, transform complex data into explicit visualizations, and support critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Global Financial Control SMEs (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Master Data, Access Management) to develop data-driven monitoring and insights.
- Design, build, and deliver a variety of reports, standard Tableau dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, scorecards, and metrics to monitor KPI performance, ensure compliance, and drive business insights.
- Implement and automate real-time control effectiveness and efficiency analytics using Online Business Intelligence tools.
- Design data streams, pipelines, and data models for efficient ETL processes and functionally defined KPIs.
- Develop and maintain KPI calculations and advanced visualizations within Tableau.
- Build wireframes and working prototypes for business owner approval.
- Provide clarifications to business users, triage issues, and manage changes through to closure.
- Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM/Kanban ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Assist the product owner with Agile artifacts, project status tracking, risk logs, and other governance requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Qualifications:

Required:

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Proven expertise in Tableau (advanced visualizations, complex calculations, LOD calculations, data modeling) and Oracle SQL.
- Strong working knowledge of Accounting principles, Financial Controls processes, and Finance technology applications.
- Demonstrated ability to design ETL packages and create effective visual storytelling with data.
- Experience in delivering performance reporting and analytics in a global environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Masters degree in Business Analytics, Finance, ESG, or Data Science from a premier institution/university.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of other BI tools such as Power BI, SSAS.
- Experience with Python, R, or Alteryx for data analysis.
- Certifications as a Tableau Specialist, Oracle Developer, or Data Scientist.
- Familiarity with SAP FICO/SD/MM.
- Experience with Design Thinking.
