We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition , preferably from a recruitment consulting background .

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening & interview coordination
- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, referrals & other channels
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Looking for candidates who have:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

✅ Strong sourcing and screening skills

✅ Hands-on experience with Naukri / job portals

✅ Valuable communication and coordination skills

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
