Hiring Alert | Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and build solid talent pipelines for a fast-growing global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans based on business and project requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers for workforce planning.
- Handle bulk and leadership hiring for Real Estate & Construction projects including Villas, High-rise, and Commercial projects.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
- Manage and mentor a recruitment team.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, Quality of Hire, and Cost per Hire.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to improve hiring processes.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
