We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Senior Project Manager Generic

Technical background: Mainframe/Midrange

Time Zone: Europe

Role Purpose

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within a large-scale transformation programme, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, strong delivery governance, and robust financial control across all workstreams. Drive execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead all stages of project delivery, including scoping, planning, requirements definition, testing, deployment, and service transition
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Track and communicate project milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to support informed decision-making and maintain delivery momentum
- Apply and adapt governance frameworks, standards, and delivery methodologies in line with project needs
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement, managing competing priorities and supporting organisational change readiness
- Partner with Finance and PMO to ensure accurate financial management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control

- Experience working across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

- Maintain robust governance, ensuring high-quality reporting, effective controls, and complete documentation
