Technource is looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Executive who can manage day-to-day IT support, computer systems, internet connectivity, office hardware, and software-related requirements. The ideal candidate should be responsible, technically aware, and capable of ensuring smooth IT operations across the office environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Basic to good understanding of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, routers, internet connectivity, and office IT equipment.
- Ability to handle system setup, formatting, Windows installation, software installation, troubleshooting, and regular IT support for team members.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace / Google Suite, email setup, user account support, Drive access, and basic admin-level coordination.
- Manage and coordinate office IT assets, network issues,



internet service providers, access systems, and hardware/software maintenance.
- Support day-to-day technical issues, system updates, data backup coordination, antivirus/security checks, and device readiness.
- Ability to maintain proper IT records, asset tracking, vendor follow-ups, and timely reporting to management.
- Good communication skills, responsible attitude, and ability to work in a structured IT company workplace.
