Escalate to business as needed

Perform Health checks to ensure the start & end of business hours To have knowledge on IT infrastructure able to bridge calls to the business incase of known incidents

Ability to work in shifts 24 x 7

Sound knowledge & hands on experience on WIN & Unix L1 skill

Ability to communicate to users over telephone e-mail communication in English

Have knowledge on handling ITSM services such as Service now , Jump , HP ITSM added advantage





Ability to multitask on different process & schedulers like Ctrl-m , Autosys
