Surfactant, Ethoxylate / Speciality Chemical Sales

Location: Vadodara / Mumbai / Hyderabad/Delhi-NCR

Job Purpose:

To independently develop and manage Surfactant,Ehoxylate chemical sales business across the region by identifying customers, generating leads, closing sales and expanding market presence for the companys product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage sales of Surfactant, Ethoxylates / Speciality Chemicals
- Identify and on board recent customers, distributors and traders in specific industries like, Home Care, Personal Care, Pharma, Textiles, Agro, Oil Field etc...
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Generate leads, negotiate prices, finalize contracts and close deals independently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing dynamics in the Chemical industry.
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders,



payments and customer feedback.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
- To perform all other work being assigned by the seniors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in Surfactant, Ethoxylates /Speciality Chemical /Pharma /FMCG / Polymer sales
- Strong existing customer network.
- Proven track record in B2B/B2C Chemical Sales.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience & Qualification:

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Surfactant / Speciality Chemical /Pharma/FMCG sales
- MBA in Marketing would be a preference.
