Role Description The Supply Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply operations for Slikk’s marketplace. This role includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating purchasing and procurement activities, and ensuring the right assortment of products is available to meet demand.

The Supply

Lead will monitor inventory levels, analyze data to forecast requirements, and work closely with internal teams to maintain efficient supply chains and timely replenishment. Day-to-day tasks involve negotiating with suppliers, tracking order status, resolving supply issues,



and collaborating with operations, merchandising, and finance to support business targets and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory and supply performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Candidates should possess experience in Purchasing and Procurement to negotiate contracts, manage orders, and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Candidates should possess Supply management skills to oversee vendor relationships, maintain stock availability, and support operational efficiency.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or fashion supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools for reporting and analysis is an advantage.
