About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Implementation Expert to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of enterprise-grade supply-chain planning platforms across global engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and supporting leading advanced planning solutions, and has delivered implementations for international clients across multiple geographies. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working closely with global client planning teams, functional consultants, and technical stakeholders.

Role Summary

Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of enterprise-grade supply-chain planning platforms for global clients. A hands-on, delivery-focused role spanning solution design, configuration, integration, and go-live working directly with international planning, functional, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Solution Design

- Gather and analyse business planning requirements across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, and S&OP; / IBP, and translate them into platform solutions.

Configuration
- Configure and customise planning workflows, data models, forecasting algorithms, and planning parameters within the platform.

Data Integration
- Manage integration between the planning platform and source systems (ERP, data warehouses) — data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Testing, Training & Go-Live




- Conduct solution testing and UAT; train client planners and super-users; author SOPs and configuration documentation; and provide hypercare / post-go-live support.

Delivery & Stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional, cross-geography teams to ensure on-time, high-quality global delivery.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' hands-on implementation experience on one or more leading enterprise supply-chain planning / advanced planning & scheduling (APS) platforms — specialised, AI/ML-enabled planning software (as distinct from generic ERP or spreadsheet-based planning).
- International exposure — proven delivery for global clients across multiple geographies (e.g. North America, EMEA, APAC) with distributed international teams.
- Strong functional command of demand, supply, inventory, replenishment, and S&OP; / IBP processes.
- Full implementation lifecycle experience — design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Solid grasp of supply-chain data structures and ERP integration.
- Solid analytical, stakeholder-management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; APICS / CSCP / CPIM or platform certification an advantage.

Nice to Have
- Experience across more than one planning platform; exposure to manufacturing, retail, CPG, high-tech, or automotive supply chains; familiarity with SQL and data-integration tools.
