Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional for the role of Senior Supply Chain Management. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills and a proven ability to optimize supply chain processes while ensuring operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Operations

- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to final product delivery.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of inventory across warehouses and channels.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain functions.

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

- Forecast demand based on historical data, sales trends, and business requirements.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Track inventory movement and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for production and replenishment planning.

Procurement &; Vendor Management

- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with vendors.




- Evaluate vendor performance and identify alternate sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

Logistics & Warehouse Management
- Oversee warehousing and distribution activities.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse management processes.

Reporting &Process; Improvement

- Prepare MIS reports and analyze key supply chain metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor & degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business

Administration, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce industries will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
