4. Assistant Manager – IT Assets & Software Procurement

5. Executive / Engineer – Procurement | 5 Positions

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components and engineering requirements.
- Procurement of specialty metals and alloys for precision machining projects.
- Supplier identification, development, evaluation and performance management.
- RFQ management, quotation analysis and commercial negotiations.
- Cost reduction, alternate-source development and vendor rationalization.
- Ensure timely material availability as per production/project requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality, Stores and Finance.
- Manage PO placement, delivery follow-up and supplier performance.




- Maintain procurement MIS and ensure adherence to procurement processes.
- For IT Procurement: manage IT hardware, software, licenses, SaaS subscriptions, AMC and IT services.

Experience & Qualification Manager – Raw Material Procurement:

10–15 years of relevant experience in precision machining / engineering / Aerospace / O&G; / Clean Energy procurement. Engineering qualification preferred.

Assistant Manager – IT Procurement:

6–10 years of experience in IT assets, software, licensing and IT services procurement.

Executive / Engineer – Procurement:

2–7 years of procurement experience in manufacturing / engineering / machining. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate preferred.
