Role Description The Supply Chain Coordinator role at PInterview is a full time remote position responsible for supporting end-to-end operational processes that ensure smooth delivery of services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels for digital resources, coordinating scheduling and availability of industry experts, and managing order flows for paid sessions.

The role involves tracking and analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Coordinator will collaborate closely with customer service, operations, and vendor management teams to maintain accurate records, resolve issues, and support timely delivery of mock interview sessions and related services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, experts, and users.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, scheduling, and service delivery processes.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track and maintain digital resources, session slots, and related assets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, ERP or inventory tools, and collaboration platforms; experience in online services or edtech is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
