Role Description The Supervisor role at Utila Legend, LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned engineering, sourcing, or production activities, ensuring that project milestones, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.

Responsibilities include coordinating workloads, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to team members across disciplines. The role involves collaborating with project managers and technical leads,



resolving operational issues, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor will also be expected to prepare regular status reports, support resource planning, and foster a cooperative, inclusive work environment aligned with company policies and goals.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory and team leadership skills, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations, preferably within automotive or related technical fields.
- Ability to manage workflows, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sourcing, and production teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on process improvement and root-cause analysis.
- Comfort with technology and data-driven operations, including basic understanding of engineering documentation and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in an in office operational environment.
