Team Supervision: Direct mechanics, technicians, and fitters to troubleshoot equipment faults efficiently. Quality & Testing: Inspect repaired machinery and verify performance against manufacturer (OEM) guidelines.
Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, conduct safety talks, and maintain hazard-free workshop or field operations. Inventory & Reporting: Track spare parts usage, log machine downtime, and report daily progress to the maintenance manager.
