SIM TRADERS is looking for a responsible and hardworking Supervisor to oversee daily operations involving iron, steel and plastic materials. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating material handling activities, monitoring loading and unloading, maintaining stock records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing workers, coordinating with customers, suppliers and transporters, monitoring incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials. Candidates with experience in steel, iron, scrap, plastic, warehouse, trading or material-handling operations will be preferred.

The candidate should be responsible, punctual, physically active and comfortable working in an industrial and material-handling workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily material-handling and operational activities.
- Allocate work to workers and monitor their performance.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing iron, steel and plastic materials.
- Coordinate sorting, segregation,



loading and unloading activities.
- Check material quantity and basic quality/condition.
- Maintain stock and material movement records.
- Coordinate with management, customers, suppliers, transporters and workers.
- Ensure proper storage and stacking of materials.
- Maintain workplace discipline and safety.
- Report shortages, damages or discrepancies to management.
- Ensure assigned work is completed on time.
- Handle other operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- 12th, Diploma or Degree candidates can also apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in steel, iron, scrap, plastic, warehouse, trading, manufacturing or material handling will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily operations.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to work in an industrial environment.
