Role Description The Subject Matter Expert (SME) at EduDAG is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasant Kunj Enclave. The SME will provide expert academic and admissions-related guidance to students and families, including explaining course options, college requirements, and eligibility criteria.

Daily tasks include researching and updating information on private colleges, curricula, entrance requirements, and application procedures, as well as preparing clear documentation, FAQs, and guidance materials. The SME will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, participate in workshops or seminars, and collaborate with the consulting team to design tailored admission strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions,



supporting the development of educational resources, and ensuring that all advice complies with institutional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Indian and Abroad higher education, admission processes, and private college systems, with up-to-date knowledge of courses, eligibility criteria, and application timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly to students and parents and conduct effective counseling sessions.
- Solid research and analytical abilities to gather, verify, and organize academic and institutional data for internal use and student guidance.
- Proficiency in documentation and content creation, such as preparing guidance materials, reports, presentations, and FAQs related to admissions and academic planning.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple student cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort working on-site in Defence Colony and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated educational solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field; prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education consulting is highly beneficial.
