Creative Lead — Social & Content (Beauty & Skincare)

Compensation: Up to ₹1,00,000/month, based on portfolio and creative ability
We‘re building a portfolio of emerging beauty, skincare and personal-care brands, and we‘re looking for a genuinely creative person to own their social presence.
This is an ownership role. We care far more about how you think and what you can make than how many years you‘ve spent doing it. A sharp creative with two years and a killer eye beats a six-year scheduler here every time.
You‘ll run multiple brands across two very different voices, and you need to switch cleanly between them:
Clinical, youthful skincare — a dermo-cosmetic brand aimed at teens and young adults, plus a targeted foot-care brand. Restrained, precise, credible. Confident without shouting.
Gen-Z SPF — a playful, lowercase, internet-native sun-care brand built for the feed.
Same person, different registers. The core skill is code-switching, not one fixed aesthetic.

Social strategy and creative direction across all brands




Monthly and campaign content calendars
Concepts for Reels, Stories, carousels and launches
Captions, hooks and short-form copy in each brand‘s voice
Directing designers, editors and creators through explicit briefs
Influencer and UGC seeding, outreach and collaborations
Launch planning, publishing and community engagement
Tracking what‘s working and cutting what isn‘t
Keeping every brand visually and verbally distinct
Who you are
Strong creative instinct and visual taste — this is our #1 filter
Native fluency in Reels, short-form and internet culture
Real understanding of Gen-Z and teen behaviour online
Able to write both restrained clinical copy and playful Gen-Z copy convincingly
Self-directed — you move without needing to be re-briefed
Organized enough to run several brands without dropping threads
Comfortable using analytics as a tool
Experience is welcome but secondary to what you can actually make
